classes have been held in the church hall for the past 10 years. The
classes are run by Cathy Swan who qualified as a Yoga Teacher with
Yoga Scotland in 1985.
is also a Teacher Trainer with Yoga Scotland and has been training
yoga teachers on their behalf since 1999.
weekly classes consist of a balance of warm-ups, movements to
encourage a full range of movements in the joints, relaxation to help
release tension and breathing practices to encourage good lung
capacity and improved concentration.
are currently 2 classes held on a Monday evening at the following
pm – 6.30 pm 7.00 pm – 8.30 pm
